Privacy Policy

1. Overview

MedGuide USA is a read-only informational website. There are no user accounts, no comment systems, and no forms that collect health information. This policy describes the limited technical data involved in simply serving the site to you.

Last revised: August 2026.

2. What we collect

Server logs. Like every website, our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard technical data when pages are served: IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and timestamps. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention, and capacity planning, and are retained for a limited period.

Analytics. If analytics are enabled, they are aggregate and page-level only (which pages are visited, approximate geography, referral source). We do not build individual behavioral profiles.

Contact emails. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message, used solely to respond.

3. What we never collect

We do not collect, request, or store health information about you. Please do not email us medical records or details of your conditions — we cannot use them and will delete them.

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal data to anyone. We do not run behavioral advertising, and we do not permit advertisers to track you on this site.

4. Cookies

The core site functions without any tracking cookies. If privacy-respecting analytics are used, they rely on a minimal cookie or cookieless measurement. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

5. Your rights and choices

Depending on your state (for example, under the CCPA/CPRA in California) or country of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Because we hold so little data, most requests resolve quickly — email [email protected] with "Privacy" in the subject line.

6. Children's privacy

This site is directed at adults managing medications. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the revision date above will move and a notice will appear on the homepage for a reasonable period. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
